Our Commitment
NeuroSync Technologies is building the category we call Beyond AAA — accessibility that goes past the highest WCAG conformance level into territory the standards don't yet cover. We wrote our Beyond AAA research. We built VANTAGE to prove it works. We built iNclus.ion to audit it.
This page is honest about where we are. What works. What doesn't yet. What we're fixing.
What We've Done
Every page on this website has been rebuilt to exceed WCAG AAA standards:
- Colour contrast — every text colour exceeds 7:1 contrast ratio against our navy background (#0c1929). AAA requires 7:1. We've validated every combination mathematically.
- Touch targets — all interactive elements (buttons, links, form inputs) meet a minimum of 44×44px. Form inputs are 48px minimum.
- Keyboard navigation — every page is fully navigable by keyboard. Tab order follows visual flow. No keyboard traps.
- Skip links — every page has a skip link that appears on first Tab press, allowing keyboard users to bypass navigation.
- Landmarks — every page uses
role="main",aria-labelon navigation, and semantic HTML throughout. - Focus indicators — 3px gold (#c8a44e) outline with 4px offset on every focusable element. Visible and consistent.
- Reduced motion — all animations and transitions respect
prefers-reduced-motion. Users who need stillness get stillness. - Audio narration — ElevenLabs Audio Native on every content page. Loads paused. Requires user interaction to play. Not autoplay.
- Screen reader support — ARIA labels on all interactive elements, form inputs with autocomplete attributes, progress bars with aria-valuenow, live regions for dynamic content.
- Responsive — all pages work at 200% and 400% browser zoom. Viewport does not restrict scaling.
- Mobile — full mobile navigation with hamburger menu containing all product pages.
Our Colour System
Every colour used on this website has been validated to exceed WCAG AAA (7:1) contrast ratio against our navy background:
We Tested Ourselves
We built iNclus.ion — a three-layer accessibility auditing tool with mechanical testing (axe-core), AI semantic analysis, and neurodivergent inclusivity profiling. Then we ran it on our own site.
It found problems. Missing landmarks. Broken skip links on third-party embeds. Colour contrast failures on our original design. Form labels that weren't programmatically linked. Touch targets that were too small. Audio elements flagged as autoplay when they weren't.
We fixed everything we could. We documented what we couldn't. We're still fixing. That's the point — accessibility isn't a destination, it's a practice.
Known Issues
We're honest about what isn't perfect:
- Simply Schedule Appointments embed — our booking system renders its own interface. While SSA claims WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, we don't control its internal markup. We're building our own Beyond AAA scheduling tool (NeuroSync Schedule) to replace it.
- WordPress theme elements — some elements outside our HTML widgets (theme header, search, admin bar) are controlled by the Astra theme. We've applied overrides where possible via Code Snippets and Additional CSS.
- ElevenLabs Audio Native — the audio player loads via iframe from ElevenLabs. We don't control its internal accessibility. It loads paused and requires user interaction — it does not autoplay.
- Video captions — the VANTAGE demo video does not yet have captions or a transcript. This is in progress.
Beyond WCAG
We don't just meet accessibility standards. We're building what comes after them.
- VANTAGE — five simultaneous input modalities (voice, sign language, touch, blink detection, eye tracking). No one declares a disability. The interface auto-discovers what the user can do.
- Non-verbal sound input — any repeatable sound (a grunt, a clap, a tap) works as input. The system counts audio events, not words.
- Graceful degradation — when speech recognition fails, the system falls back to binary confirmation. One sound means yes. Silence means no.
- iNclus.ion — our accessibility auditing tool goes beyond WCAG mechanical checks into AI semantic analysis and neurodivergent inclusivity profiling.

If you experience any accessibility barrier on this website, we want to know about it. Not because compliance requires it — because our founding philosophy is that no barrier should exist.
