ONE TRADEMARK.
THREE WAYS TO RESTORE.

BIO-PRESERVE™ is a certification framework applied to three distinct deployment models -- each suited to a different geography, ecology, and economic context. All three appear on the same global registry. All three carry the same brand authority. All three generate community economic benefit under the same commercial model.

Model 01

Bio-Farm

Caribbean -- Atlantic -- Gulf of Mexico

Seabed-anchored modular net system intercepting pelagic sargassum offshore. Nine simultaneous revenue streams -- pharmaceutical bioactives, marine biofuel, biochar, carbon credits, and more. The anchor blocks become certified eco-mooring infrastructure. The BIO-PRESERVE™ zone protects the surrounding sea from vessel traffic while the farm generates revenue across nine streams simultaneously.

Infrastructure: anchor blocks + nets + mooring buoys -- Sargassum harvest -- Full circular economy
Model 02

Eco-Mooring

Mediterranean -- Globally -- Sensitive seabed habitat

Anchor blocks only. No nets. No harvesting. No sargassum required. Weighted substrate placed at the right depth and spacing on the seabed to provide colonisation substrate for young Posidonia oceanica, coral, seagrass, and kelp. Vessels moor to certified buoys above. Zero anchor damage. The Posidonia propagates outward from each block. The meadow recovers and grows. EU LIFE funding eligible.

Infrastructure: anchor blocks + mooring buoys only -- No nets -- No harvesting -- Posidonia propagation
Model 03

Reforestation

Sahel -- Caribbean -- Arabian Peninsula -- Horn of Africa

No ocean infrastructure. Sargassum biochar -- the post-extraction residue from the Bio-Farm cold-process cascade -- applied to degraded land restores soil water retention, enabling reforestation where conventional planting fails. The biochar restarts the rainfall cycle that deforestation broke. Carbon credits via Verra VM0044. Corporate naming rights. Great Green Wall alignment.

Infrastructure: biochar soil amendment -- Tree planting -- Carbon credit verification -- No ocean infrastructure

The registry

WHEN THE REGISTRY HAS 3 ZONES IT IS A START. WHEN IT HAS 30 IT IS A MOVEMENT. WHEN IT HAS 300 ACROSS ALL THREE MODELS -- OCEAN, SEABED, LAND -- IT IS THE WORLD'S FIRST INTEGRATED RESTORATION REGISTRY.

We license the framework. You own the future.

POSIDONIA.
THE SLOWEST COMEBACK.

Posidonia oceanica grows 1--6cm per year. A meadow destroyed by a single anchor takes decades to recover. The BIO-PRESERVE™ Eco-Mooring Model 02 provides what natural recovery cannot -- structured substrate at the right depth and spacing for young Posidonia rhizomes to colonise, anchor, and propagate outward from each block toward the next.

There are no nets. There is no harvesting. There is no sargassum in the Mediterranean. The anchor blocks are deployed specifically as Posidonia propagation substrate. The mooring buoys above them protect the recovering meadow from exactly the vessel traffic that caused the damage. The meadow heals beneath a revenue-generating eco-mooring infrastructure.

Block Placement

Hydrographic survey -- Optimal depth and spacing

Anchor block placement is determined by hydrographic survey of the damaged meadow. Depth, current, sediment type, and existing Posidonia margin are all mapped before block positioning. Spacing is designed to support outward propagation of rhizomes from each block toward the next -- a structured restoration grid accelerating recovery from multiple colonisation points simultaneously.

Colonisation

Rhizome attachment -- Propagation outward

Young Posidonia rhizomes attach to the block substrate within the first growing season. From each colonised block, the meadow propagates outward toward the adjacent blocks. Over years, the restoration grid fills in from multiple colonisation points simultaneously -- significantly accelerating recovery compared to natural regeneration from a single meadow margin.

Habitat Protection

Mooring buoys above -- Zero anchor contact

The mooring buoys positioned above the anchor blocks ensure that vessels moor without seabed contact. The very infrastructure that enables Posidonia recovery simultaneously prevents the anchoring that caused the damage. The zone heals beneath a revenue-generating mooring infrastructure. The yachting industry becomes the primary funder of the habitat it came to experience.

Registry Listing

BIO-PRESERVE™ certification -- Global visibility

Every Model 02 deployment receives a BIO-PRESERVE™ registry listing -- zone profile, restoration metrics, Posidonia recovery data, mooring information, and visitor access details. The same registry that holds Caribbean Bio-Farm zones and Sahel reforestation zones. One registry. All three models. Global audience.

THE FRAMEWORK.
YOUR REVENUE.

Across all three BIO-PRESERVE™ deployment models, the commercial framework is identical. NeuroSync receives one fee -- the annual registration. Everything else stays in the zone.
